I cannot recommend The Big Bounce more! They deserve 10 stars. We recently rented a water slide for my son’s birthday party. Working with them was so easy from set up to take down. They have great communication. Joe also was very kind when I called worried about the weather and went, what I felt was, out of their way for us. Not to mention the kids (and adults) had a blast! Will definitely use them in the future!

We’ve been renting from The Big Bounce for about 2 years now and they’ve always been great to work with. They show up on time (sometimes even earlier), are very professional, and set everything up quickly. The workers are polite and wholesome, and last year when another rental company canceled on us last minute, Joe was able and willing to go the extra mile and help us out, which made our family feel taken care of. Since then, the quality and care have gone up. Highly recommend!

We had one of their water inflatables for my grandson’s birthday and they actually delivered a day early so we had more time on the slide! The kids love it and had a great time! Great service and communication with them! Would likely recommend them!

We had a summer bash before school with 24 high schools and the 20’ double lane water slide was huge hit! They had a blast! To brag on the owners… communication was 10/10, they arrived when they said they would, husband, wife and son came to setup and they were very nice and made sure I knew everything I needed to before they left. You won’t regret renting your next event with The Big Bounce!

Joe and his team are the absolute best! We have used this company multiple times now. All you have to do is book your rental! They take care of the rest. You won’t lift one finger I promise! Get ready to watch the kiddos have a blast!
