Q: Will you drive in my yard?
A: Absolutely not, unless you give us permission. Then we probably still won't. We are particular about our own yard and will always respect yours.

Q: What do I (as the customer) need to provide?
A: If your renting an inflatable that uses water, please provide the water hose. And please make sure you have an electric outlet (regular outside outlet is fine) within 50-75 feet of where we'll be setting up. Other than that, we have you covered!

Q: Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?
A: Absolutely! After each and every use, we clean and sanitize each unit. We pride ourselves in delivering the cleanest Bounce Houses, Water Slides, and Obstacle Courses in the Clarksville, TN area and will not lose that reputation.

Q: On the water units, does the water re-circulate?
A: No, the water comes from your outside water faucet and drains into a pool and/or your yard.

Q: Will the water units damage my yard?
A: Permanently, more than likely no. If you use a lot of water, you'll likely have a mud puddle for a couple days. A day or two of sunshine usually cleans it right up though. No complaints yet.

Q: I don't see my area in your delivery list. Does that mean you don't service our area?
A: Not necessarily. Give us a call and we can discuss

Q: I've had a couple bad experiences with inflatable companies canceling on us or they just didn't show up
A: We are seriously dedicated to our company and would never do that to an excited child - or anyone for that matter. We've had nearly 5000 rentals and have never cancelled one yet unexpectedly. We have never, ever, ever stood anyone up and never will.

Q: There is rain in the forecast. Will my party or event be cancelled?
A: That varies. If it looks like a downpour is coming, it's possible. If winds are going to be high, it's very possible. Inflatables are not safe to operate in winds over 15mph

Q: I agreed to have my inflatable set up but the weather prevented us from using it. Can I get a refund?
A: Once we deliver and setup, we have incurred business costs so no. However, we can certainly discuss options for another rental. We are very easy to speak with and we 100% aim to please

Q: What do I do with the inflatable at night?
A: The blowers are designed to run for 24 hours or more. But its good for them to "rest" overnight. Simply turn off the switch on the blower and literally walk away from it - it'll do the rest. When you get ready to play in the morning simply turn the blower back on. It will inflate in less than 5 minutes. HAVE FUN!!

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Rain will not hurt the inflatable. If your comfortable with your children playing in the rain, then keep on going! The blowers are rain-resistant but not rain-proof. They do get rained on and are most the time fine. If it storms it would be appreciated for you to unhook the blower and place it in your garage or somewhere out of the weather. Here is a quick but helpful video blower installation. Another quick but effective option is to cover the blower with a trash bag. Make sure it's turned off though!

Q: What if it storms?
A: Again, rain won't hurt the inflatable. Winds can be a problem though. If wind speeds exceed 15-20mph inflatables can become dangerous. Please turn the blower off and deflate your inflatable until the storm passes

Q: You didn't hook the water up for us. What do we do?
A: We are always on a tight schedule so we don't have time to fill your pools up. It's SUPER EASY though. Take your hose and lay it in the pool. Once it's filled, connect your hose to the hose that's hanging off the side of the inflatable. Pretty easy, huh? 😄

Q: Do we run the water continuously?
A: It's not recommended to turn water on until your ready to play. We don't want your yard flooded and don't want your water bill through the roof. NOTE: the pools are bigger than they look so its a good idea to start filling them at least 30 minutes before your ready to party!
